# How to Make It:

01 - Combine thinly sliced beef with cornstarch, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
02 - Cook noodles according to package directions, drain thoroughly, and set aside.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, beef broth, grated ginger, toasted sesame oil, and black pepper until smooth.
04 - Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Stir-fry beef for 2 to 3 minutes until just browned. Remove and set aside.
05 - Add additional oil if needed. Stir-fry garlic, spring onions, and ginger for 30 seconds, then incorporate broccoli and carrot if using. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
