04 - Rub each chicken breast with olive oil and coating of the seasoning mix, including inside the pockets.
05 - In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
06 - Evenly spoon the broccoli-cheese mixture into each chicken breast pocket. Secure openings with toothpicks if necessary.
07 - Place the stuffed chicken breasts onto the prepared baking sheet.
08 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and cheese is bubbling.
09 - Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Discard toothpicks prior to serving.
