01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir thoroughly until well incorporated and sugar is dissolved.
02 - Cover container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, allowing oats to soften and fully absorb the liquid mixture.
03 - In the morning, stir the oats thoroughly. Add a splash of milk if thinner consistency is preferred.
04 - Divide between two bowls or jars. Top with fresh fruit, nuts, and seeds as desired. Serve chilled.
