01 - Add frozen strawberries, frozen banana, pineapple juice, coconut milk, maple syrup, and lemon juice to a high-powered blender or food processor.
02 - Blend on high speed, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides with spatula, until mixture reaches completely smooth and creamy consistency.
03 - Taste mixture and add additional maple syrup or agave if more sweetness is desired.
04 - Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or transfer to freezer-safe container and freeze 30-60 minutes for firmer consistency. Scoop into bowls or cones.
